July 19, 2020 - July 20, 2020
This week brought two must haves for any home to the site; water and electricity.
Valley Artesian Well Company was drilling and had success early Friday morning, hitting water at 345 feet and getting an impressive 15 gallons per minute.
Michael Branch was also on site Friday morning getting the electric run, set up and ready for power.
Drainage pipes were placed bringing us one step closer to the pouring of slabs.
